I started last week. If you're not familiar with The Artist's Way, it's a 12-week program for creativity. There's a theme for each week and two main to-do's:
All focused on getting the creative flow unstuck.
I'm not an avid journaler, so the morning pages are sometimes a dire task, but I do believe in the system that has helped creators for over 30 years now — people even repeat the program after some years have passed.
I'm interested to see what the weeks will bring to my creative life.
Iced Coconut Water Matcha
Instead of milk, this matcha is made with 100% coconut water. I love the clean, fresh taste, especially in summer. BERT has a great one, or you can easily make it at home.
In summer I love a bit of Buena Vista Social Club. It is the perfect backdrop to play on the Alexa's in my apartment while cooking dinner or to read a book outside. It's a classic and I just never get tired of listening.
